It will be when it is finnished. I had planned on putting it in the water this year, but due to an accident I was not able to so I started the restoration. The problem with that was as soon as I started one job I uncoverd another two or three that needed doing (the joys of owning an older boat) I plan on getting it in the water early next year weather permitting.
