6m Zodaic hurrricane

Hello
I have located a project Hull from 1994. Its an orange 6m or 650 zodiac hurricane. it's beaten up and gutted.
no outdrive, no motor and the wing tubes are 10 years overdue for replacement,

I'm thinking of this for a long term project, but wow it bad
what are these hulls worth?

Im I just crazy for considering a project so large?

That looks a bit smaller than a 6.5 meter rib. It also doesn't look like a zodiac hurricane, but it could be one of the very early ones.

Personally I wouldn't even take that project for free, due to the price of tubes, outdrive and a motor. And that boat will need some cleaning up and rewiring as well.

Hard to price a zodiac hurricane hull in the US, as it's a rarer boat unless it's a prior gov /state boat.

That being said, as a fellow US zodiac hurricane guy, if you're wanting a long term project, i'd say good luck and go for it! Take plenty of pictures.

Good day,
I doubt is a Zodiac Hurricane since United States Marine Inc is a manufacturer of military boat. That said, this could be an interesting project IF the making is a lot of fun for you. I means by that, that the months or years you will spend finding the best way to assemble it, to search for parts, to learn about electrical system, fuel system, mechanical, fiberglass etc. is a real pleasure for you. At the end you will have a boat without any secret for you.
