Just get an old phantom or ring. There are a few ring ribs but prices might not fit the budget. It feels a lot nicer sat down in a boat at 70mph than on a jockey seat I can assure you.

Any boat needs steady input at that speed and some respec! Mine used to chine on a mill pond flat day at 71mph.
