A 7 to 8 meter Question!

Hi Guys,
I am new to the RIB community from sailing world and would like to find a 7 to 8 meter Rib, for cruising purposes. The profile is launching from trailer, for 1 to 3 days runarounds, with 4 to 5 people aboard in the vicinity of Athens (Saronikos) or short 40 to 50 miles trips in the Greek Islands. Top speed is not as important as a smooth ride and some nice storage space is a must. All thinks considered I came up, in the new up to 3 year old range at the Wellcraft 7,50, a rather medium heavy RIB with enough space but bumpy? although I have to test ride it. Other options are the Falcon 700RSR, the Topline P23, the Unlimited 702, the Marlin 740 ... and will be soon testing them for their seaworthiness. In the engine department I am inclined towards a 150 to 225Hp 4 stroke Yamaha, or for the lighter boats their 2 stroke counterparts. ANY HELP FROM OWNERS OF THESE BOATS & ENGINES IS MOST WELCOME

Have a look at the Cobra range - very hjigh quality and they have sold qite a few to Greece so have plenty of experience with delivery etc.

dear costas, at marina of faliro there is going to be the 2005 rib test for thalassa magazine so you may see many boats that interest you and test them same time.... iam comming from cyprus for this test ...
