A confession.

Please forgive me. I post to this forum but don't actually own a RIB. (I do have access to one and enjoy it very much when I can). I (gulp) have a hard-hulled boat (there - I have said it) but lust after the RIB 'semi'.

I have been unable to find any other useful, informed and friendly internet forum for 'hard' craft, so have been lurking here. (I don't see my boat as an extension of my manhood, nor am I interesting in stories of 50 kts+ on a 20 HP 2 stroke operating out of an Essex caravan site.)

Am I a 'Very Bad Man?'

Hmmm, same as that. And Pikey Dave told me only yesterday that I was "a very bad man"

So I suppose that answers your question.

In light of your comments regarding extension of manhood and, in particular, excess of speed, I would definitely rule out Boatmad. Why don't you continue to lurk until lust gives way to the inevitable.
