If you mean these I wouldn't bother-they've skimped on the welds for the mounts somewhat.

Is it a proper A Frame or something made locally ? Doesn't look the £400 worth he's said in the right up. If its solid I'd give him £70. But would want a look first as RIB A Frames get a real pounding and I've seen a few fall apart in my time even those from the big RIB names.

Matt,

If your looking for an A Frame for your Searider I'd just wait. The proper MOD ones keep coming up on E Bay on a regular basis at a decent price.

I wouldn't pass judgment on the welding as it might be continuess seam welded down the other side, but it's not very attractive.

Good point. It doesn't look like it though-with the mounting plate being 3mm thick the discolouration isn't right for there to be seam welding on the other side-unless it's been welded far too cold and there's no penetration.

Hi Matt

I had Paul make an AFrame for the 5.4 searider to my design this cost £150 for 1 1/2 tube a lot of the cost was carrage..

I can not recomend this guy enoth great communication and all done in over a week.

Pictures of this are on my searider build, can't make a link sorry
