I stopped at UKSA a few weeks back, and the best thing about it was the view!
Could look out of the window and see my Ballistic!

If anyone does move by the sea/river, be careful to check responsibility for sea/river defences. It may not be immediately obvious that you have responsibility especially if you are along distance from sea wall. Recent builds in large/multiple building complex especially problematical. 99% of all solicitors in our complex, (some of the buildings are 100 yards from river wall) missed it and now we are having to build up huge funds for future repairs/maintenance. £20million shared between a lot of people, EA, LA is still a lot of money.

I know I'm biased but I think I live in the ideal home and place. 500 yards from the hamble,a man cave to die for and more room than I need. I'll be retiring in a couple of years and I'm looking at houses or land down in devon or Somerset.
The next house will have a lot to live up to

Views from our holiday flat window on a busy summers day. Everyone enjoying use of "our" slipway.
Apologies for the forum software not rotating the image correctly.
