Am I allowed to put this in as my house with a sea view? Been living on it 10 years now (with 2 cats). Actually ashore for the winter - but not for long before we go again for the last hurrah! Sadly the big rib will have to go!

This is our view of the Conwy river from Deganwy, looking over to Conwy Marina & beyond. Heaven is a place in North Wales.

Apologies for the forum software not rotating the image correctly.
Have you noticed how people walk along there very slowly, absent-mindedly and with a 'thousand yard stare' (and maybe an ice-cream)? The "Zombie Prom"!

Wave if you see a blue and grey Rib...

Thought I would introduce myself to the forum and let you see my house by the sea .The challenge will be if I can upload some photos. I am lucky enough to have lived and worked in Oban for the last 24 years Bought a RIB off eBay 2 years ago and enjoy cruising round some of the most beautiful waters imaginable. My mooring is off wee Ganavan and happy to catch up with any Ribnet members when up here . Roll on the Spring.

Welcome to RIBnet Jespee.....

That's a beautiful part of the world for ribbing & sightseeing .

In the first two weeks of May next year , there will be at least two gatherings of ribbers in your neck of the woods . Do a search for Easdale rib raid ( or ERR ) and also Dunstaffinage , where the Scotrib lads will be based for a weeks cruising .

Perhaps introduce yourself in the new members forum where I'm sure you'll get a warm welcome from the locals ? I'm sure you will enjoy all their banter.

Bern

Hi Jespee, and welcome to Ribnet. I may be the nearest Ribnetter to you - living in Connel. I've been past your place several times this week, as well as up to Tobermory and down to Corryvreckan, training in a rather nice 11m Redbay . A bit on the thirsty side (we've been burning over 200 litres a day) but a lovely boat to take out into some of the seas we've had this week. Look forward to seeing you out on the water sometime.
