The clue is in the first picture Before I answer let's see if anyone can work out why so many are in one field !

I'd guess they are ex-olympic support boats waiting to be taken to new homes. If I were a potential new buyer though I'd have expected them to put them on some tyres or something - although I am sure they were dumped laid in the grass carefully.
