Any decent yacht chandler catering for the dinghy market will sell options like your second link. If you prefer not to shop local and support your local Chandler then someone like Trident will do them mail order. If you are looking for a square hatch with a bag I’ve never seen such a thing and you might need to get your sewing machine out.

Are these type of inspection hatches actually waterproof? (Assuming you can make the actual fitting of them waterproof).
I'm looking to put a couple into the cubes of my dry dock so I can store hosepipe etc

It depends on the hatch, and it depends what you call waterproof. You can definitely make them cope with waves/spray life you would get on the deck of a small boat. If be less confident 1. If mounted horizontally; 2. If sitting 3” above the water in constant weather and waves. There are hatches which that might be more suited to the job (and cost more!), however I assume your dock is made from polyethylene blocks. Getting things to stick to PE is very difficult, so I’d want a design with a gasket between it and the dock, which would require a smooth surface on the dock (rather than a non slip texture), with no curvature. If you screw it rather than bolt it down also expect the screws to slip over time.

Beware also most cheap hatches are not strong enough to walk on.

All in all - a box screwed on top (perhaps using “well nuts” might be a better idea (you can even have a bing to drain water from the box then as at some point wet stuff is going to get put in it!

Well I could not find exactly what I wanted but I found the next best thing. A replacement for my round hatch in the side of my console

I had to file the hole a little bigger because I think I came up against Imperial and metric or just different designs and I had to fix with screws and not bolts as you cant get your hand behind. I think it will be very useful however and for about £12 it will do me

Round hatch with bag behind

I'm doing something similar on my console but I'm using a Henderson / Whale TCL4 hatch which I'm hoping will be reasonably watertight.
