Hi Nos

Do you have a router? If so, with the right size bit line up and plunge cut to the depth of the cutter.
Thereafter you have a hole deep enough as a guide for a standard drill bit, simple's!

I actually want both of those!!!...both should be capable of a ten mill hole..but one will be neater!...

Definately the best bet unless you want to go through the ball ache of getting steel jigs welded up! If its any consolation the rain is stopping me getting on as we'll..... Arrgghhhh
