Adhesive for Searider htpalon with TIP TOP ?

I wish to make some repair to my tubes, but it seems to be impossible to find bostik hypalon glue neither polymarine hypalon adhesive from finland. I asked from UK but it is illegal to send them with any reasinable priced way.

I wonder If REMA-TIP-TOP-SC2000 or /REMA-TIP-TOP-SC4000 could be used? Anyone tried? It seems to be the only even closte that I can find from the shops here.
