Advice about 2004 Valiant v450/60hp fourstroke

Hi All,

This is my first post, hoping for some advice. I am looking at a Valiant V450 from 2004 with a 60hp fourstroke. Does anyone have any experience with this set-up?

I will be using for just fun with the kids, Fishing, inflatables skiing etc.

I'm worried about it being stern heavy and possibly overpowered?

Also would a standard ski bridle work for towing?

Any advice greatly received.
Ben

Personally I think a 60hp 4 stroke is over the top. I’ve got a 4.5 valiant with a 40hp 2 stroke and I find it nice a light to handle and not too much weight at the aft end. You’ll have trouble getting the nose down and anyway I think my set up is plenty fast enough.
