Advice on buying a rib

Hi

I am looking at buying a Valiant 520 rib with a 75 Yamaha outboard. The seller says it is from 2003 and the price is £5,950.

The boat is in v good condition to my knowledge.

Could you advise on top things to look out for when buying a rib? Also could you advise if the price seems fair?

And bear in mind the prices in that are 6 years old!
