The Yamaha 90 is fairly bullet-proof, however I'd want to check it running and check the tilt and trim moves without any judders. Any paperwork regards servicing, impeller change, etc, will be invaluable. You can also check for play on the propeller.
The trailer looks servicable enough. First thing I'd do is whip off those wheels. If the stub axles are still in good condition then new wheels, bearings and a regrease will give you peace of mind.
If it's been retubed in 2005, then I wouldn't worry too much about buying an older boat. Fairly obvious - but check the condition of the transom, floor and the keel for any signs of damage and any repairs have been carried out satisfactorily.
