Agreed value insurance.

As my rib is now 6 years old I'm looking for an agreed value insurance policy...
I've been ringing round for most of the morning and my existing insurer (Craftinsure), Porthcawl, Noble Marine, GJW Direct, Insuremyboat only do value at time claims. however I did find....Insure4boats...

who say that they do this and quoted me £118.00 to insure my rib, outboard & trailer for £16,000 which seems rather to cheap to me. Anyone had dealings with this company ?
