Air seeping out

Humber 6,5 meter with 140 Suz. Weak spot in tube about 5x5 mm. Air seeps out slowly. Is it possible to fix it by injecting some glue in the spot using a syringe and then sqeezing to distribute the glue. And then inflate. Was thinking Sikaflex, Sureseal or simply Bostic contact glue. Spot is below waterline so worried that patch will be torn off.

Patch will be fine and the only way to do it properly and permanently, study carefully the many online guides and use the correct two part glue. Preparation and procedure is all important.
