Beef?

The thing is, it may be a lot of meat, but its not beef. Working on a farm I've seen what goes into burgers, and I wouldn't like to think about what goes into 'sloppy joes' ! everyone has their own tastes/preferences of course but for me its always 100% British beef.

States, yes. One of the best burgers I had was at some sort of outdoor country place near Scottsdale. Awesome!
I ordered a burger in The Ivy once and it just did not compare with real burgers, it just cost a lot...
