Antifouling for Hypalon tubes

My Zodiac Open Pro 550 is moored from May until October in the northern Adria. Unfortunately the water is very warm there (up to 29 Degrees) and therefore I have to clean the tubes every 10 days - the antifouling from International on the hull works perfect.

I wonder if there is a antifouling for the tubes, too which will not harm the Hypalon/Neopren.

The Italians use the same antifouling for hull and tube but in my opinion the tubes suffer from this and do not look as being in good shape.

Any advice?
