ANYONE Heard of AQUADUTCH????

I bought this rib to use as a dinghy on my 40' Silverton, as soon as I bought it things started to fall off it. The grab handles are coming off along with all the rope eyelets- EVERYTHING is coming off-it's kind of funny but it's not-if you get my drift. I have looked for this company but they are no longer in the US. Does anyone know what these ribs are as far as material? What glue can I use to put this thing back together??
It seems like a pretty well made rib-just all the glue is letting loose.

I have no personal experience of them, but no remember reading on another forum about someone else with similar issues to yourself. His was made of PVC, which is notoriously difficult to get anything to adhere to.
