Anyone know what this is?

Saw this come out of the mist on Loch Lomond last weekend, emerging like some malevolent Special Forces frog. . .

What isn't really clear is the high-set seat - unsure of just how much it would effect handling in high speed turns etc. . .

Was hoping the engine would fail whilst out on the loch, so I could watch it being toad...

Has that got "solid" walled tubes rather than inflatable tubes? Looks like it might be a mac boat...
