i have a friend who is into airplanes, that makes boats look really cheap for starters. He went to a fly-in and met a couple average guys who were partners in owning what was my buddy's dream plane. Cost 10X what his did ($1,000,000) or so. They were not two rich people like most owners, just kind of average professionals (us?). He asked them how they did it and they responded, "we're still married to our first wives". Everything is cheap compared to divorce I guess...

I've never told lies to my missus. With my first RIB I changed a Blue Yamaha 80 for a Black Mercury 90 4 stroke, if she had noticed I would have told her why and lived with the consequences. She didn't and that's that!

However with my new build RIB a few years later it cost me a new kitchen
