I must praise there customer support from Mike foster,
having e-mail'd there company in regards to my Hydrodrive 2 steering quiblle, (as they are the UK importers~) not 100% happy with the feel from it. making me nervous more so after reading that scottish incident due to hydraulic steering failure,
they came straight on to me with =. asking who and when did i buy it from.
return e-mail= no buts or any thing , can you please forward your address so as we can send you a new replacement unit out forthwith. and be so kind to return original in suitable packaging. to enable us to return unit to hydrodrive,
all foc and i never even asked , for any thing. it was just a plain query asking various bits and pieces / like how many turns lock to lock i should have . and that i was getting a slight notchiness feel to it.
if only all dealers where so caring,, a credit to the boating family....
