Are you allowed to have a pirate flag on ur boat?

I want to buy a pirate flag and have it fly on my 4 metre SIB. Could I get in trouble?

Funnily enough I have been looking to buy one as well..........

The Royal Navy fly one when they sink another ship!!!

Why worry about the legality though??? Surely the whole point of being a pirate is to go against the law!!!!

I don't know about Canada, but in the UK it's positively encouraged!
