You keep going Edd.
I use you as an example when the Leader of the Opposition starts moaning about the frequency with which I buy 'projects'.
.....off to Devon on Monday to pick up my winter one

need some thing to do, be it looking searching parts and planning what to do next. Think it's what make a me tick,
Oh well committed my self now. Just awaiting them to release it ,, then my trailer hunting that is currently in progress takes priority, bloody things are so expensive. Lol

There's something strangely satisfying about a refurb. It's not the financial gain because there usually isn't one (don't tell my wife ) but the satisfaction must lie in taking a pile of scrap/junk and making it work as good if not better than original !!!!
Go for it !!

pictures???
My wife has banned me from any more restorations, 5 years on a 1974 Ford Bronco and a year and change on the zodiac. The boat would have worked out financially if the roll-the-dice used engine hadn't eaten a valve 7.5 minutes into my first run.
