asking opinion about rib brand (UK)

Hi, i need a help here.

I have been searching for couple of months.

I wanted a brand :
1. have a factory in UK.
2. will be good if they produce an inflatable boat also
3. can built a military specification

I will selling this brand in Indonesia territory. (South East Asia)
1. "Price" is really matter in here. Cheap will be good.
2. Color of tubes also matter. They love to be different.

My question :
1. Which brand is more suitable for me?
2. in below list, are they really have a factory ?
because I email tornado and Peter said that the hull factory is closed.


From my research, i have got :

1. Crompton Marine
2. Yellow Jet
3. Ribquest
4. Sea Pro

Barnet Marine do not build Ribs !! they sell XS ribs though and export world wide and to military.

Btw, Humber meaning in Indonesian words is not so good "Humber" = like : don't have any taste.
