not sure how to go about insuring her, presume i need a survey doing to confirm its value?
how to you put a price on this now,?
appart from the under structure its pretty much new, even the engine has only done 90hrs, albeit its droped a liner, due to some numpty engineer at mercury forgetting the gudgeon pin circlip, Div must a been a friday build

the other thing it has no hull id ie; no vin number

Presumably you could insure it for what it has cost you, or more accurately what it would cost to replace with a similar condition version. As for HIN, surely it had one at some point in its life. Did the previous owner not supply one on the bill of sale. Has it ever been registered on the SSR? One final thought, I'm not quite sure where you stand with the RCD if you sell it if you don't have the necessary paperwork to prove it predates the cut off year for requiring RCD compliance.

I insured mine through Bishop Skinner, I supplied them with photo's of the new tubes and engines etc to back up the value which they accepted.

Looking good,

You don't have the artwork for my red Mercury 75s too do you? One of mine is peeling horribly.

I feel like a big kid, tried to sneak out a bed 4.00am this morning she caught me

do not think she who must be obeyed is impressed much

did a bit yesterday, also met up with Nasher Nos and later on in the day DM showed his face, nice to put faces to names

fitted self righting gear
told the lads at wiork the white bottle was 5-kgs NOS, if only

cut all seat bases from a fomex product after advise from a another member on ribnet, nice and light and guaranteed not to rot out

fitted the big black thing on the rear,, it looks as DM say's its brand fire new straight outa the crate ERR Nah just been well fettled

Was good to meet you yesterday, oh, and ta for the coffee.

As good as the images in this thread are, and the obvious hard work being put into the project, it really needs to be seen to appreciate just how good it is, and the standard of finish that Nugent is achieving. Both myself and Nos left very impressed.

I'm looking forward to seeing it when finished.

Nasher.
