To be honest BB that could ....and indeed "is " Plenty of places throughout the Summer and could be nearly anywhere on the West Coast...we've seen plenty of Seals and had close encounters with Basking Sharks...
The main thing being in THE place at the right time....with the the right weather/vis conditions.
