Trying to find out the latest with Atlantis RIBs / Darren Dignam - anyone heard anything or have any current contacts?

Would be interested to see where they are going or who has the hull moulds at the moment? 7M stepped hull RIB.

Saw what I think was one at Saxon Wharf with a Yellowfin installation a couple of weeks ago.

Certainly looked like one of your hulls from the front.

Their homepage have been closed since atleast april this year.

I had contact with a girl at atlantis rib (e-mail) in march or april, if you want i can try to find her name?

Darren I think used to work for Yellowfin, and perhaps still does, which explains why there may have been an Atlantis with their drive on it. Try giving Yellowfin a call?

Yes - I believe Atlantis did supply a boat to Yellowfin - but I don't know what power they fitted.

Certainly would be interesting to know how the drive system worked out on the hull - and in general how the yellowfin is progressing - but they are pretty quiet on giving any details / figures!

Will be in touch with them again.

Spoke with Yellowfin at the boat show.

2008 launch / supply to builders.
Being distributed by Caterpillar and VW.
Similar pricing to a Volvo IPS.

Still trying to track down the Atlantis moulds or connection, partly due to a few 'contract issues'. Also I have a client who is interested in aquiring the moulds.

The boats were produced in Southampton, but I believe one of the partners is now living abroad.

If anyone has come across them recently any news would be helpful.
