Attach A Frame to deck of Humber?

I am thinking how best to attach a deck mounted double A Frame to a 5m Humber.

I doubt that big self tappers would be strong enough but am unsure whether there is a void below the deck for something like the Garelick/EEz-In toggle bolt. Supposedly they were designed in America to attach boat seats so should be strong enough

Anybody know what lies below the after deck of a Humber Ocean Pro - void or solid?

Anybody ever used these toggle bolts?

Grateful for any advice. Thanks

I have two spare SS deck plates with 2x Captive Bolts each that you can Fix/Glass in if you want to do it properly.( same as used by Ribcraft for their Towing A Frames,so plenty strong!)
Yours for £25 pluss postage?

Any chance you could send a photograph of the plate and bolts?
Thanks

Do not use toggles, have mounted one to my 5m assault and the toggle bolt did not have enough depth to clear to turn, result is an unused box of toggles, and fortunately only a pilot hole drilled.

Spoke to humber who told me exactly where the bars were. If doing again would either glass in or use a transom mounted a frame.

Big heads looked good but again quantities to order was an issue.

Ours are bolted through the hull with stainless hex bolts and a lot of sealant and through the transom. Humber 5.3m
