Avon 4.7 Adventure

The RIB I have recently bought is confirmed by Avon to be a 4.7M Adventure. This model is no longer made but appears to be of a somewhat higher spec hull than the current leisure oriented range. maybe this was because the company was using the more utilitarian 4.7 searider hull (water ballast) with pretty blue tubes to appeal to the leisure market. Anyway it dates from the end of 1999 and seems to be in very good shape. The tubes are nice and shiny and will need very little cleaning to be like new and though antifouled the hull is very clean. The worst problem is the flimsy Outhill designed seat backrest on the double bench seat. I think this will be a simple job to strengthen and repair.
Unfortunately there was minimal paperwork available with the boat and definately no owners manual. I have asked Avon if there is such a thing but as yet, received no reply. Can anyone tell me if there is a manual and where I might get one for myself. Not having had a RIB of my own before I realise I am quite ignorant of the basics of tube and RIB care in general. Whilst this site is a wealth of useful knowledge it would still be nice to build up a proper document pack for the boat.
