I have an old searider in the 'deluxe' layout similar to below
I want to remove the hypalon skin that sits in front of the windscreen . I dont have a windscreen or any controls at the front so it just wastes space.

Any tips/ pit falls / expertise ?

My old boat had a bow dodger. My newer one doesn't. I miss having a dry spot to stow gear out of the elements.
