Hi does anyone know where I can get something similar to this? It's to hold in the oar on an Avon rover rib.

Should be able to get the parts to make something similar from any chandlery - it looks like a length of shock cord with a couple of rope stoppers?

You may not be able to get one with the golf ball effect, but you can get different colours (see page 6)
