A colleague at work was walking his dog along the foreshore of Langstone harbour behind his house on Hayling Island this morning, and found a Blue Avon RIB with 115HP Mariner on the back washed up. Looked like it'd broken free from its mooring. It is called Rio Blue
He secured it to the shore using the anchor on board and informed the coast guard.
