Avon sr4 windscreen

Hi everyone,
I need to make a new Perspex windscreen for the sr4 I've just brought, does anyone know what thickness the original was??

used 4mm plexiglass for mine £13 off ebay bent it using a hot air gun using piece of mdf clamped on to it to keep a straight line took 15 mins to make

same here any thicker than 4mm gets hard to bend
