Am doing a bit of research and am trying to look at what the forcast was on a few dates of last year. Mainly inshore.

OH - I see. So are you after what was forecast or what actually happened ? I know the Met office do hold this , but have only managed to get it via ' official ' routes - like the CAA.

This site ;

http://uk.meteoarchive.com/

may help. Or ;

I look at this if I have scared myself in bad weather .

You can get some data from the Met Office at Bracknell, Jon. It has been called on as evidence during investigations in the past. Depends on dates and what level of information you want, and they do charge for it.
