Having been one of the idiots to put unleaded in a deisel car I know the RAC and AA will do boats if there is access for their van close by( my RAC refuel guy told me they do boats). I guess there is a marine way but this is simple but probably expensive

Where is the boat?

If its in London contact "Brent Oil" near Wembley and they should be able to help you out.

Brent Oil Contractors Ltd
Unit 28
Fourth Way
Wembley
Middlesex
HA9 0LH

They are pretty helpful and might be able to come to you, they certainly can if you have oil, not sure about diesel.

There are very few 'legal' sites that can take it but Brent are certainly kosher. The RAC and AA are customers of Brent as well.

If it's got petrol in the diesel, see if there's a stationary engine or vintage tractor club near you. They love contaminated fuel for making TVO.

Whereas if it has particulates / bug / water / sludge / crap in there then you will want to find a fuel "polisher" google can probably help, or your local marina may have someone they can point you towards. I think if you search the forum you will find previous references to someone but probably not local to you. Whether that is economical or not will depend on how much fuel you have in the tank...

If you have bug then you need to make sure you keep the fuel dry going forward, and probably add biocide for a while as it will only take one organism to survive and a small amount of water and it will recur.

What do you mean by rubbish fuel? What you do next will depend a lot on what is wrong with the contaminated fuel.
