I'm sure they're are elsewhere as well.
Can't be certain about about how well they'd fitting a 4 year old - will depend in height & weight, but if they've outgrown the upto 15Kg size, then I guess it would.
My two are now 7 & 8, and quite tall & well built. They would have been 4/5 when we got these ones...but it will depend on child weight.
Price-wise I'd be happy for c.£30 plus P&P for the pair - from memory when I sold on the childrens previous LJs, the P&P was about a fiver.
