Anyone on this forum, or anyone know of anybody who launches a 7.0m(ish) RIB from Barmouth?

I have not launched from Barmouth but used to live in that part of the world and the slipway is a good one. Have a look at www.boatlaunch.co.uk for more details. The harbour dries out at low tide so check the times.

Thes a few ribs that launch from barmouth, couple of ospreys, cobras, mostly off the caravan sites taly bont way, think there from birmingham way.

Did they cut you up?

The lifeboat crew were again paged in the early hours of the morning to a person who was on Constitution Hill, the lifeboat had been requested by the police who were concerned about the safety of the person. The lifeboat was tasked to launch and hang off the area by the pier whilst the police talked to the person. Borth ILB were also tasked and on arrival on scene also kept a distance from Constitution hill. After a long discussion with the police the man made his way down with the police and both lifeboats were stood down when everyone was clear of Constitution hill

Maybe he was digging for bait? Or perhaps looking for someone in a 7mtr Rib Jono?
