Basic Race at Burryport

Hi All

The Hotboats Racing Association are staging rounds 1-2 of the Hotboats National Championship in Burryport Wales on 12-13 May 2007. We will also be holding a basic race on both days. This Basic race will be for 3 different class's up to 100HP, up to 200 HP and unlimited.

The winner in each class over the weekend will get their entry fee back as prize money. The entry fee is £ 200.00, if you require an entry form and any information please email us at hotboatsracing@aol.

What is the procedure over the weekend and do you need a race license for the weekend?

Hi lan

We will have a race on both Sat and Sun, and you will need an RYA event Licence which covers you for the weekend it costs you £ 60.00.

Your boat needs to carry certain safety equipment and a race number we can supply you a list of what you need if you want it and any assistance you may need.
