Battery box in or outside console on SR4?

Just laid my console in loose into the searider and I can fit both my 25 litre tanks in there...but no room left for the battery box.
Is it a good idea to have it outside the console?

Any opinions would be useful...

That was my thought-I was going to put a dividing partition in the console to separate battery and fuel before I realised I could fit both 25litre tanks in.Unsure now which way to do it-getting 50 litres into the console will free up a load of space onboard.I'm thinking it might be a good idea to put the battery box direcly in front of the console as it overhangs forwards by about 4 inches so I'll lose less space.

Mines at the transom directly under the engine in a water tight battery box, kill switch on the top of the battery box. Just thought the fuel line goes right over the top of the battery box and the fuel filters next to the battery box

Decided to put the battery box in front of the console in the end-it frees up the whole stern area and I can carry another 25 litre tank there if I want...That'll keep me playing for a while!
