Battery strap

Can anyone tell me where to get a battery retaining strap? Battery is currently housed under the console retained by two plastic strips which need to be unscrewed every time you remove the battery. Want to install a couple of lashing points with a strap to retain instead. Surprised how difficult this seems to be to find on the Internet. Most are too short.

Have a look on Ebay for 'webbing bridge' and use a decent quality luggage strap. They're plenty strong enough to hold a battery in place.

I went for a proper job, see pic. Two warnings, be careful of metal handle on terminals and make sure it ratchets the right way so that it can be released.

Always surprises me how the heaviest bit of kit is supposed to stay in place with a bootlace!

Cheers, 'pirb.
