Having built the boat as a test platform for the Northwest Passage expedition in autumn of 2010see www.fcpnorthwestpassage.com ), the boat has served its purpose and is now for sale, with a percentage of funds from the sale to go towards the charity Global Angels, which Bear has been an ambassador of since 2005.
|
I'm sure the Cougar was built as a testbed for the Northwest passage before they switched to the Mach II, then "Shara" (thise boat + his wife's name) was built as his private RIB to taxi him to his private island off Abersoch.

Missed the reserve on Ebay.
Auction is over but we are still open to offers.
140,000 this cost brand new and we have to let it go ASAP.
Who said it's you don't lose to much on RIBs!
You'd lose less on a brand new super car.
This might not be the right place to sell a RIB but my details are on the eBay page if anyone is keen?

Well spotted Willk!
Have to agree with you the Redbay sits much higher in the water.
