Belgian Offshore Challenge 2008

Hi all

Yes, the race is here again. Sunday September 21st 2008 @ Zeebrugge. You'll find all the info for this 4th edition on this site: powerboating.be. The info is in three languages and includes the entry form.

Provisional timeschedule depending on the number of boats and jetscooters:

- 08.30 registering & scrutineering
- 10.30 briefing all participants
- 11.30 jetskiconvoy 1 departs from pits under assistance of startboat A and police
- 11.45 race 1 : start 1 st lap for jetski 1 with startboat A
- 12.00 jetskiconvoy 2 departs from pits under assistance of startboat B and police
- 12.05 end race 1 return to the wet pit under assistance of startboat A and police
- 12.15 race 2 : start 1 st lap for jetski 2 with startboat B
- 12.30 raceboatconvoy departure with startboat A and police
- 12.35 end race 2 return to the wet pit under assistance of startboat B and police
- 12.45 race 3 : start 1st lap for rib with startboat A
- 13.45 end race 3 return to the wet pit under assistance of startboat A and police
- 14.00 interludium in pits
- 15.00 jetskiconvoy 1 departs from pits under assistance of startboat B and police
- 15.15 race 4 : start 2nd lap for jetski 1 with startboat B
- 15.30 jetskiconvoy 2 departs from pits under assistance of startboat A and police
- 15.35 end race 4 return to the wet pit under assistance of startboat B and police
- 15.45 race 5 : start 2nd lap for jetski 2 with startboat A
- 16.00 raceboatconvoy departure with startboat A and police
- 16.05 end race 5 return to the wet pit under assistance of startboat B and police
- 16.15 race 6 : start 1st lap for rib with startboat B
- 17.00 end race return to the wet pit under assistance of startboat B and police
- 17.20 return pits, closing and break up of circuit
- 19.00 presentation with drink and snack.

By the way, Thomas Vandamme, event organiser of the Belgian Offshore Challenge, participated in the Round Britain 2008 in boat nr. 12: Birretta.
