hypalon glue if it's hypalon; pvc glue if it's pvc.

A quick search on here will yield plenty of suggestions as to manufacturer and sources, as well as procedural info to perform a good repair.

Mine looks like that , but only a mere centimeter or two is loose.

Should I use 1 or two component glue!?
Its hypalon fabric btw
