I have done my RIB a couple of times with Rib Revive and the effect is dramatic - but last time I did part of the tube immediately afterwards with 3M tube conditioner for the first time and it didn't seem to make a darned bit of difference so I didn't do the rest, and three months on the whole tube still looks much the same and is just starting to look a bit grubby again. What's it actually supposed to do?
ciaranp you spray the Rib Revive on from the supplied trigger spray bottle, leave it for a minute or so and then scrub it with a scourer and wash it off with lots and lots of water. Don't leave it to dry on the tube in hot sun as it then leaves horrid streaks which are a bugger to shift - no prizes for guessing how I know that! Best done on a dull day, I do about a chamber at a time on my RIB as by the time I have sprayed that much it is ready to start scrubbing at the other end. The first time I did it, it took a lot of elbow grease but it had been stored in a warehouse populated by smelly forklift trucks, last time I did it, it was dead easy and took me less than an hour to do the whole boat.

Never a better quote on my recent experience, with money=boat=poor+fun added along the way.........

£16.80 to post to NI, seems a tad steep to me even with 20% off so I'll leave mine dirty!
The NI postage thing confuses me as Royal Mail are the same as mainland for normal parcels so must be a corier thing.

As the majority of our orders contain hazardous goods that Royal Mail will not take our standard delivery’s have to go out through carrier, however if you are in Northern Ireland and the order is under 2kg and does not include glues etc give us a call and we can ship through Royal Mail for around £7.50.

soap
I use green soap
(i think in uk you say brown soap) its 55p and you can use one pot half a year at least. if you use it weekly
its environmental freindly (no chemicals) and can go by post.
It leaves a greasy film on the tubes and protect them and you can wash them every week
in holland its called driehoek groene zeep
you can get it as a sort of paste of liquid.
