Best value/cheap new hard tender/ferry boat?

I keep my RIB on a drying mooring for 6-7 months of the year. So far I've used waders or judicious planning to get to the boat but could really do with a small hard tender. Does anyone have any experience/links of good value new ones?

There doesn't seem to be much 2nd hand locally, so thought I may as well buy a new one. It'd need to be a small hard boat, as it'll be left on the ferry boat ramp when not being used.

I have a Sportyak. Pretty well indestructable and has built in wheels for dragging it up the beach etc.
Sportyak 245 BIC annexe boats the ideal dinghy

Thanks, looking at those a 213 looks a better bet for me, I literally have about 10-25m to paddle!
