Big thanks to Riva at JBT - took delivery of new 7.8 Ballistic this week - day two and in the middle of a fairly high profile charter, had problems with the prop, (looks like I hit some debris in the water, shearing off a piece of plastic inside the prop) which meant that the etec was spinning into oblivion above 2500 rpm. Oh shit...
24 hours later, new prop fitted free of charge whilst moored up at Gunwharf, 36 hours later, 1-1 sea trial from Riva to make sure all was well. Top notch customer service...
