Boat Cover

After many months of considering the options of Ducksback versus the custom cover route I finally took the plunge

Working with Montrose Rope & Sail, Neil insisted I leave the boat with him in order that they may work up the design and ensure accurate measurement etc.

Less than 1 week later I returned to see the finished article and was absolutely stunned at the result given the open design brief I had left them with

I must therefore extend a huge thanks to Neil & his team for an excellent job.

Superb quality and design with many thoughtful touches. Thanks guys!😁

Looks a really good job. Is yours a standard 5.85 and can you give a ballpark cost.
Cheers

Hi Jambo, she's a 6.3 so not a standard build. Price really depends on the material you specify and the complexity of design. I went for heavy duty Panama weave acrylic and a detachable rear cover and paid just over 900 ;-).

Great deal, if I’m picky I’d have got the tubes covered instead of the engine though.

Jambo, place in Falkirk will do you one a lot cheaper than £900, although that one looks excellent I must say.

Give last tango or breezeblock a shout or PM me and I'll get my son to pass on your info.

The place in Falkirk (custom covers) charged me £350.
Again, had to leave the boat overnight with them. 4 years old now and no problems.
