Boat cover rejuvinator/cleaner

Can anyone recommend a good product for cleaning/rejuvinating/reproofing boat covers? There seems to be a multitude available, but which is the best?

Clean all the grit and crap out of it with a good detergent. When dry, hit it with this stuff- 303 Aerospace Protectant Spray Car/Hot Tub Rubber Plastic Vinyl Protection -16oz | eBay
